O'dua Group is one of the largest conglomerates in Nigeria. It was established in 1959 by the defund Western Nigeria Government under Late Chief Obafemi Awolowo.

O'dua Group is made up of many companies which includes Wema Bank Plc, Great Nigeria Insurance Plc, Wemabod Estates, etc. The Group's headquarters is at Cocoa House, Dugbe Ibadan.
